Role: Senior Certinia Functional Consultant
Location: RTP / Raleigh, NC — on-site
- 5 years of overall Salesforce ecosystem experience
- 3 years hands-on Certinia (FinancialForce) functional experience
- Strong knowledge of Certinia PSA modules: resource management, project billing, time & expense, revenue recognition, project accounting
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders — not just technical teams
- Prior experience embedding with a client team and driving adoption from the inside
- Familiarity with professional services operations — staffing allocation, margin tracking, invoicing workflows
- Change management exposure — helping end users adopt new processes post go-live
- Certinia or Salesforce certifications preferred
- Experience in multi-BU rollouts is a plus
