Registered Nurse candidates for the Cardiac Surgical Intensive Care Unit must meet the following minimum job qualifications:
- Looking for candidates that have 1 years of Acute Care RN experience. (Does not necessarily need to be in the ICU but they need a good Acute Care Background)
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to start is required
- BLS required
- ACLS required within 6 months of hire
- BSN is preferred
- CCRN a plus but must be obtained within 2 years. NIHSS stroke certification required within 30 days.
- $27.72- $33 an HR (5 years)- $36.30 (10 years)- $39.60 (15 )
- Specialty Diff: $2.50
- Shift Differentials: $3 Nights and $2 weekends
- Sign On: up to $25k Sign on for Nights Only (Case by case; as it also depends on the candidates years of experience) * Up to $15k Sign on for Days Only
- Relocation: Case By Case Basis
Salary : $28 - $33
