JOB RESPONSIBILITIES-
Computed Tomography Technologist

Full-Time
Computed Tomography Technologist candidates will have the following job responsibilities:
- Provide care appropriate to condition and age of the patient
- Determine most suitable anatomical posture/position and shield patients accordingly
- Collaborate with physicians and other Imaging staff as needed
- Practice aseptic/sterile technique for all procedures
- Work within the CT Tech scope of practice according to policy and procedures
- Follow all general infection control measures and those specific to the CT scan department
- Complete required documentation accurately immediately after completing each case
JOB QUALIFICATIONS-

Computed Tomography Technologist candidates must meet the following minimum job qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school of Diagnostic Imaging
- One year of experience in performing CT preferred
- Florida State DOH General Radiographer and ARRT CT Registry or registry eligible and acquire within six months of hire
- WILL CONSIDER A SEASONED X-RAY TECH TO TRAIN TO CT TECH- MIN SALARY
