We are seeking an experienced PACU RN to provide specialized post-anesthesia care in a healthcare facility.
Responsibilities include: conducting patient assessments post-surgery, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, ensuring patient safety and comfort, documenting care, responding to emergencies, collaborating with surgical teams, and educating patients and families about recovery.
Qualifications: at least one year of recent PACU RN experience, valid RN license, current BLS and ACLS certifications. PALS or ENPC certifications are preferred.
Skills required: critical thinking, strong communication, physical endurance, technical proficiency with PACU equipment, and ability to work under pressure.
