Role: Radiology Information Systems Specialist responsible for maintaining and supporting radiology databases and imaging systems across multiple locations.

- Maintain, optimize, and troubleshoot PACS, RIS, EHR, and related imaging platforms, ensuring data accuracy and system performance.
- Manage system configurations, including routing rules, protocols, and interface mappings with EHR for orders and results.
- Lead testing, implementation, and validation of system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, providing post-upgrade support and end-user training.
- Investigate and resolve system issues such as DICOM routing, interface failures, and study mismatches.
- Support data extraction, quality audits, CPT and charge accuracy, and maintain system documentation and SOPs.
- Provide technical support to radiologists, technologists, and operational staff, including training and creating workflow guides.
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Information Systems, Radiologic Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 4 years of experience with radiology systems like PACS, RIS, or VNA, and knowledge of DICOM, HL7, and imaging workflows.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.
