Registered Nurse Coordinator - Surgical Specialties - PACU - Days

Position: Registered Nurse Clinical Coordinator in perioperative care, responsible for overseeing nursing services in surgical specialties, coordinating workflows, resources, and staffing, and ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage perioperative nursing care and departmental efficiency.
• Procure and maintain supplies, equipment, and instruments.
• Coordinate workflows and communicate with stakeholders in perioperative areas.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• BSN or enrolled in a BSN program (degree required within 24 months of hire).
• IL RN License and CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in an OR setting, with team leadership, critical thinking, and effective communication skills.
• Competency in caring for patients of all ages within the specialty.
