Responsibilities
- Assesses patients under RN guidance.
- Contributes to developing and implementing the care plan.
- Evaluates patient progress alongside the RN.
- Delivers patient care and supports nursing staff.
- Participates in initiatives to improve healthcare delivery.
- Builds clinical leadership knowledge.
- Engages in ongoing educational activities.
- Completes assigned goals.
- Graduate of a registered nursing program awaiting licensure, with a maximum of 90 days in this role.
- Computer literacy.
- BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
