Roofing Operations Manager Company:Our client is a well-established roofing company with a fantastic reputation for excellent service on residential single and multifamily dwellings.Opportunity:We are looking for a highly organized, process-driven Operations Support and Efficiency Manager to drive operational excellence across the roofing business.Responsibilities:Workflow Optimization and Operational EfficiencyAnalyze and document operational workflows and service levelsIdentify inefficiencies and delays; implement process or system improvements to streamline processesSupport timely communication of changes, updates, and requirements between teams (both internal and external)Track key performance metrics and use insights to drive improvementsLeverage CRM tools to monitor tasks, deadlines, and accountabilitySupport adoption of automation and digital tools that improve operational visibility and reduce manual effortIdentify and eliminate operational inefficienciesProvide training and documentation for best practicesAssist in resource planning and capacity forecasting based on project pipeline and team capabilitiesLead change initiatives that improve operationsPartner with leadership to support onboarding and rollout of new tools, and processes.QualificationsResidential roofing experience required5 years of experience in operations or workflow optimization, ideally within the residential roofing.Ability to define and implement process improvements through conviction and tenacityAbility and desire to collaborate with experts and teams across multiple functionsExperience in writing detailed business processes requiredAbility to work independently, as well as in a collaborative group environmentStrong Microsoft Excel SkillsExcellent written and verbal communication and people skills.Benefits:Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k)Salary plus bonus potential
