Job description
Currently hiring an experienced Corporate Event Planning Coordinator on a temporary to permanent basis. Will be ensuring that commitments are met on-schedule and within budget for the various events including webinars, seminars and conferences.
- Maintaining consistent communication with sales representatives and internal employees throughout the meeting planning process
- Coordinating onsite and virtual meetings
- Handle daily phone and email support up to and including communication with sales representatives and faculty
- Runing various reports
- Setting up virtual credit cards for dinner meetings
- Communication with Clients and Faculty
- Ability to handle a high call and program volume
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Be available to work flexible schedules and/or extended hours to meet clients’ business needs
- Seeking 5 years’ experience in field or related area
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
