We’re seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support multiple Partners within a fast-paced professional environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on keeping teams organized, managing competing priorities, and acting as a trusted right hand to senior leadership.
The ideal candidate is polished, detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to anticipate needs before they arise. You’ll play a key role in helping leadership stay efficient, prepared, and focused on high-level initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and scheduling across multiple Partners
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and itineraries
- Prepare presentations, reports, correspondence, and meeting materials
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Serve as a point of contact between leadership, clients, and internal teams
- Track deadlines, follow up on action items, and help keep projects moving
- Assist with event planning, team coordination, and office logistics as needed
- Prioritize shifting responsibilities in a fast-moving environment
Qualifications
- 3 years of Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar support experience
- Experience supporting multiple executives or senior leaders preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- High level of professionalism and discretion
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities

Salary : $95,000 - $120,000
