Junior Real Estate Associate Attorney

A growing entrepreneurial law firm is seeking a Junior Real Estate Associate Attorney to join its expanding real estate practice. The firm represents business owners, entrepreneurs, and investors across a wide range of commercial real estate matters and is looking for an attorney who is proactive, client-focused, and eager to grow long term within the practice.
Responsibilities:
- Support commercial real estate transactions from start to finish
- Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, easements, covenants, and related real estate documents
- Manage commercial acquisitions and dispositions, including title and survey review
- Handle office, warehouse, and retail leasing matters
- Assist with land use, entitlement, and development projects
- Conduct legal research and provide practical legal guidance to clients
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal team members
- Manage deadlines and multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
- 3 years of real estate law experience
- Active Colorado Bar license required
- Strong drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills
- Experience with commercial real estate transactions and leasing
- Land use, entitlement, or development experience is a plus
- Client-focused mindset with strong organizational skills
- Team-oriented attitude and willingness to support a growing practice
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $139,000–$144,000 DOE
- Quarterly bonus potential tied to revenue performance
