Role Description

This is a full-time, remote position for a Residential, Commercial, or Combo Real Estate Broker Associate located in Colorado. The Broker Associate will assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties.

Compensation is 100% commission and this is an Independent Contractor role. Commission splits are as high as 95%.

Seeking Residential and Commercial brokers that have a desire to work in either sector and this is an ideal position for a broker that wants to do both. Apex is passionate about helping brokers to grow their book of business, train brokers in transaction types they have never done before, allowing top performers to build their own teams, and we encourage our brokers to invest in real estate to grow wealth and reduce tax liability.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado Real Estate License
• Experience in Residential and/or Commercial Brokerage Real Estate transactions
• Strong understanding of local real estate markets and trends
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Zoom, Teams, and Google Email systems are a plus
