Professional Lawn and Snow is a growing local company providing lawn care, snow removal, and property maintenance services throughout the Green Bay area. We're looking for dependable team members who take pride in quality work, enjoy working outdoors, and want to be part of a team that values professionalism, accountability, and growth.
Experience is great, but reliability, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic are even more important to us. We'd rather train a dependable person than hire someone with years of experience who can't work well with others.
What You'll Do
- Mow and trim residential and commercial properties
- Operate commercial lawn equipment safely and efficiently
- Drive company trucks and trailers (for qualified drivers)
- Maintain clean, professional job sites
- Perform routine equipment inspections and basic equipment maintenance
- Communicate effectively with coworkers and customers
- Assist with snow removal and winter services when available
What We're Looking For
- Dependable and punctual
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds and performing active work throughout the day
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred (But Not Required)
- Lawn care, landscaping, construction, farming, snow removal, military, or equipment operation experience
- Experience pulling a trailer
- Experience operating commercial equipment
