Duties
- Assist with heavy lifting, material handling, and site cleanup to maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Operate power tools and hand tools for tasks such as framing, drywall installation, caulking, and trim carpentry
- Prepare and set up construction sites by installing rebar, formwork, or scaffolding as needed for concrete pouring or masonry work
- Support concrete finishing, tile laying, flooring installation, and masonry tasks to ensure high-quality results
- Perform demolition, restoration, or renovation work with attention to detail while adhering to safety protocols
Requirements
- Prior experience working on construction sites or in related trades such as carpentry, roofing, masonry, or metal stud framing is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks throughout the workday
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow safety guidelines diligently
- Willingness to learn new skills such as concrete pumping, welding, plastering, or tile installation to expand your expertise
