Proclinical is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to support hiring efforts within the biotech and pharmaceutical industry.
Primary Responsibilities:
In this role, you will lead recruitment processes, collaborate with internal teams, and develop tailored strategies to attract top talent. This position requires a proactive approach and a strong understanding of industry-specific hiring practices.
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in recruitment, particularly within the biotech or pharmaceutical sectors.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and their functionalities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
The Recruitment Consultant's responsibilities will be:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned roles.
- Partner closely with internal teams to understand hiring needs and provide consultative support.
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies in collaboration with leadership.
- Share market insights and recommend adjustments to optimize recruitment approaches.
Compensation:
- $70 to $75 per hour.
