Proclinical is seeking a Contingent Workforce Operations Manager to oversee and optimize daily operations for a large-scale contingent workforce program.
Primary Responsibilities:
This role involves collaborating with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to ensure service delivery meets program standards, analyzing performance metrics, and driving operational excellence.
Skills & Requirements:
- Experience managing large-scale contingent workforce programs.
- Familiarity with Vendor Management Systems such as Beeline, IQN, WAND, Fieldglass, or similar platforms.
- Strong operational management and team leadership skills.
- Knowledge of employment regulations, including FLSA, EEOC, ADA, and related laws.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
The Contingent Workforce Project Manager's responsibilities will be:
- Manage daily contingent workforce operations, ensuring alignment with established program standards.
- Collaborate with MSP partners to monitor service delivery performance and adherence to workflows.
- Conduct reviews of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), analyze trends, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Perform operational audits and lead remediation plans in partnership with MSPs.
Compensation:
- $70 to $75 per hour.
