Requirements
- 3 years of project or delivery management experience in a B2B SaaS environment
- Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, participating in or leading ceremonies
- Proficiency with Jira or similar tools for tracking work, dependencies, and delivery status
- Experience supporting releases, managing risks and dependencies, and coordinating across teams
- Comfort working with distributed engineering teams or external partners
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and clearly articulate thought processes
- Support and maintain delivery plans, milestones, and release timelines for key initiatives
- Define project scope and identify risks or trade-offs when priorities shift
- Track progress on tasks, milestones, risks, and dependencies, escalating issues as needed
- Proactively surface and escalate delivery risks, blockers, and dependencies
- Lead or support Agile ceremonies alongside Product and Engineering teams
- Coordinate delivery activities across Design, Engineering, QA, and Release teams
- Assist with release readiness activities, rollout planning, and communication of milestones
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready delivery documentation and artifacts
- Support onboarding of external vendors and new contributors when required
- Apply delivery best practices to continuously improve predictability and reduce friction
