EXPERIENCE A PLUS BUT NOT REQUIRED
DUTIES INCLUDE: Cleaning floors using dust mop, mop, and floor scrubber machine.
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday, morning 6am- 9am
Requirements:
- Quality of Work: Ability to take your time to do the job thoroughly with strong attention to detail.
- Reliability: Ability to attend work regularly, arrive on time, and demonstrate a responsible, reliable work ethic.
- Equipment & Technology: Must have reliable transportation and a smartphone (for downloading an app to clock in, taking pictures, and texting).
- Ability to physically use floor machines.
- Ability and willingness to learn to operate and perform daily cleaning maintenance on machines such as an electric floor scrubber.
- Preventative maintenance: Perform daily maintenance on equipment, including draining tanks and cleaning pads.
- Core Qualities: Must be responsible and open to instruction.
Experience
- Previous custodial or janitorial experience in a commercial or industrial setting is highly preferred, not required.
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning services practices related to floor care and general cleaning procedures.
- Hands-on experience with floor scrubbers & floor buffers
- Ability to handle chemical agents responsibly while following safety guidelines is essential.
- Physical capability for manual handling tasks including lifting heavy objects and operating cleaning machinery for extended periods.
