Proclaim Roofing & Restoration is looking for competitive, driven leaders who want the opportunity to earn at a high level, build a team, and grow with a rapidly expanding roofing and restoration company.

This is not just a sales position.

Our Team Leads are expected to produce, recruit, develop people, create momentum, and lead from the front. In return, Team Leads have multiple ways to earn through personal production, team overrides, and quarterly performance bonuses.

EXPECTED COMPENSATION

Expected Annual Pay: $90,000–$200,000

Compensation is performance-based and uncapped, with multiple income opportunities tied to personal production, team performance, and revenue growth.

5% TEAM OVERRIDE

Earn a 5% override on your team’s production, creating additional earning potential as you build, train, and develop successful representatives.

$5,000–$10,000 QUARTERLY BONUSES

Team Leads are eligible for quarterly revenue bonuses ranging from $5,000 to $10,000 based on team revenue and performance.

PAID TRAINING

We invest in our people from the beginning with paid training covering:

• Roofing and restoration fundamentals
• Storm damage identification
• Insurance claim basics
• Door-to-door prospecting
• Homeowner communication
• Inspections and adjuster meetings
• Sales process and closing
• CRM and job documentation

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Proclaim Team Lead, you’ll be responsible for your own production while helping your team consistently perform at a high level.

• Lead from the front with personal sales and field activity
• Recruit and help build your own team
• Train, coach, and develop sales representatives
• Generate homeowner inspections and roofing opportunities
• Conduct door-to-door canvassing in targeted storm-affected areas
• Assist homeowners throughout the insurance restoration process
• Help prepare representatives for inspections and adjuster appointments
• Review daily activity, appointments, inspections, and sales opportunities
• Hold your team accountable to production standards
• Maintain accurate customer and job information in the company CRM
• Create a competitive, positive, high-performance team culture
• Work closely with ownership and leadership to drive market growth
