Proclaim Roofing & Restoration is seeking an entrepreneurial leader to launch and grow our Jackson branch. This is an opportunity for a proven producer who wants greater responsibility, meaningful earning potential, and the ability to build something they can take pride in.

We’re looking for someone who approaches the business with an owner’s mentality—someone who generates opportunities, develops people, protects profitability, and follows through for homeowners.

THE OPPORTUNITY

You will lead local market development, recruit and coach a sales team, and establish Proclaim’s presence throughout Jackson and the surrounding communities. You’ll work directly with company leadership while taking responsibility for the branch’s growth and performance.

This is a hands-on leadership position. You should be comfortable producing your own business while building a team that can grow alongside you.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

• Generate business through canvassing, referrals, relationships, and community outreach.• Recruit, train, and retain a productive roofing sales team.• Lead from the front through personal sales and field coaching.• Set clear production goals and hold the team accountable.• Coordinate with operations to move projects from signed agreement through completion and collection.• Maintain accurate CRM records and consistent homeowner communication.• Monitor branch revenue, expenses, and profitability.• Build a reputation that creates repeat business and referrals.

PROPOSED COMPENSATION STRUCTURE

• Uncapped commissions on personally generated business.• Overrides tied to team production.• Branch profit-sharing incentives tied to defined performance goals.• Additional bonuses for growth and profitability milestones.

Final compensation terms and any ownership opportunities will be defined in a written agreement.
