Qualifications:
- Valid Ohio SLP licensure and ODE credential required
- CCC-SLP preferred, but CFY considered
- Experience in school settings (PreK–transition ages)
- Skilled in pediatric speech-language pathology and familiar with IEP documentation
- Ability to manage a weighted caseload (up to 80 school-age and 50 preschool, or a comparable combination)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language pathology services to students from PreK to age 23 in special education
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized education plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across multiple school sites
- Maintain documentation and comply with district and state requirements
