Key Qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings.
• Comfort working with populations demonstrating adverse/aggressive behaviors, including self-harm, property destruction, elopement, and aggression.
• Strong collaboration skills with educators, paraprofessionals, and families.
• Dedication to fostering independence, positive coping, and daily life skills.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based OT services to students, focusing on sensory, developmental, and functional goals.
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized interventions.
• Maintain thorough documentation and participate in IEP meetings.
• Prepare environments and materials to maximize student engagement and safety.
• Support crisis intervention efforts as part of a multidisciplinary team.
