Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct speech-language intervention under the supervision of a virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
Implement individualized therapy plans for students on your caseload.
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of student progress.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student success.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to student evaluations as needed.
Qualifications and Experience:
Valid certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA).
Experience working with elementary-aged children preferred.
Ability to manage a diverse caseload efficiently.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
Capacity to adapt to virtual supervision and integrate telepractice tools.
