This dynamic role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students speech and language development within a collaborative educational environment. The position begins as soon as possible and extends through June 3, 2026, with an option for Extended School Year (ESY) services.Key responsibilities include:Providing speech and language assessments, developing individualized education programs (IEPs), and delivering direct therapy to students.Managing a caseload of approximately 30-50 students across 2-3 school sites.Utilizing Siras and AbleSpace IEP systems to document and track student progress.Collaborating with educators, families, and other related service providers to support student success.Qualifications and desired experience:Valid SLP certification, preferably SLP-CCC credential.Demonstrated experience working within school settings.Ability to manage a substantial caseload while maintaining high-quality service delivery.Familiarity with K-12 student needs and language development.Comfortable navigating multiple school sites with flexibility.Schedule and details:7.5-hour workday with an unpaid 30-minute lunch break.37.5 total hours per week.Contract position based in Oakland, CA.This role offers a chance to grow professionally while positively affecting students' lives in a supportive school environment.
