Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Cassopolis, MI | Immediate Start – End of 2025–2026 School Year
Position Overview:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, school-based position in Cassopolis, Michigan. This is an immediate need through the end of the current school year, with a strong possibility of renewal for the 2026–2027 school year (NSY).
Assignment Details:
- Number of Openings: 1
- Start Date: Immediate
- End Date: June 5, 2026 (current last day of school)
- Schedule: 5 days per week
- Hours: 7.5 hours per day (includes a 30-minute unpaid lunch)
Caseload & Location:
- Location: One of four local school districts
- Age Group: Birth to 26 years old (primarily ages 3–10)
- Caseload: Students requiring speech and language services
- Students may present with a variety of primary disabilities, but the focus will remain on speech-language services
- Caseload size may vary
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services
- Conduct evaluations and assessments as needed
- Develop and implement IEP goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Michigan SLP license (or ability to obtain)
- ASHA CCCs preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply
- School-based experience preferred
