Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy to middle school students, addressing a variety of communication disorders.
- Manage and support a caseload of up to 80 students.
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Monitor student progress and document therapy outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to promote student success.
Qualifications:
- Valid Ohio Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license is required.
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA or Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) completion accepted.
- Experience working in school settings preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage a full caseload efficiently while ensuring high-quality care.
