Qualifications & Skills:
- Valid and current Illinois LSSW credential required
- Experience in a school-based setting is highly desirable

- Demonstrated organizational effectiveness and time management
- Commitment to student empowerment and advocacy
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct social work support to students individually and in groups
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to address student social and emotional needs
- Conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and track progress
- Consult with educational teams to develop strategies for student success
- Deliver crisis intervention services and coordinate with external resources as necessary
- Maintain timely, accurate records and participate in IEP meetings when needed
