Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- California SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in a school setting is a plus, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Compassion and commitment to supporting students with diverse needs
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Deliver individual and/or small group therapy sessions to a caseload of 6 students, each receiving 30 minutes of therapy twice weekly
- Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Collaborate closely with educators and families to support positive outcomes
- Document progress in compliance with school requirements
- Serve as a resource for staff regarding speech and language concerns and interventions
