Speech-Language Pathologist in Arvada, CO

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for the 2026-2027 academic year in Henderson, CO. This role involves providing specialized speech and language services to students in grades K-8 within a school setting. The position requires an active SLP license and experience delivering therapy aligned with school-based standards.

Location:

• Henderson, Colorado (onsite position)

Responsibilities:

• Manage a K-8 caseload of students requiring speech-language evaluations and interventions
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with district and state guidelines
• Provide therapy services Tuesday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break

Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license is mandatory
• Previous experience working in school settings highly preferred
• Knowledge of current speech and language therapy practices and educational standards
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and staff
• Ability to work onsite four days per week as specified
