School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Arvada, Colorado

Provide specialized speech-language pathology services within a K-12 educational setting in Arvada, CO. This full-time contract role supports students from preschool through 8th grade, focusing on delivering effective therapy and collaborating closely with educators and families to enhance student communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy as needed.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student needs.
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute professional recommendations.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) licensure.
• Active Colorado Department of Education certification.
• Experience working with school-aged children, preferably within a K-12 environment.
• Strong knowledge of speech and language developmental milestones and disorders.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.

• Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
