Position 1:Focus on supporting elementary students with significant behavioral needs. Manage a small caseload—currently two students, with the potential to grow to seven. You’ll have the support of a classroom paraprofessional as you design and deliver individualized instruction and foster a positive, structured classroom environment.
Position 2:Work directly with elementary students who have physical disabilities and autism. Oversee a caseload of seven (which may increase to eight), with assistance from a paraprofessional in your classroom. Your expertise and creativity will help meet diverse needs while encouraging independence and engagement every day.
Both roles offer:
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–3:30 PM.
- Collaboration with paraprofessional staff for added classroom support.
- Opportunity to work closely with families, school-based teams, and related service providers.

Qualifications:
- Valid WI Cross Cat K-5 Certification is required.
- Previous experience in special education, particularly with students experiencing behavioral challenges, physical disabilities, or autism, is highly valued.
