This opportunity is for a Special Education Teacher to support middle and high school students in an onsite role located in Rochester, NH. This position is a contract to backfill in a school setting, requiring an active New Hampshire Special Education License.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored special education instruction to middle and high school students
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
- Monitor and document student progress, adapting strategies to meet diverse learning needs
- Maintain compliance with state and federal special education regulations
- Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to promote inclusive learning environments
Qualifications:
- Active New Hampshire Special Education License (a copy of license and endorsements is required upon application)
