Make a meaningful difference as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist supporting students across grouped sites in scenic southern West Virginia. Working on a contract basis, you’ll collaborate with educators and families to provide essential speech and language services for students requiring intervention. Key Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license and SLP-CCC certification
- Previous experience in a school setting is strongly preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills

Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders within a school-based caseload of up to 53 students
- Create individualized intervention plans tailored to students’ needs and goals
- Conduct therapy sessions, both individually and in small groups, on-site at assigned schools
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions as appropriate
- Maintain accurate, timely records and comply with all state and local regulations
- Consult and communicate regularly with teachers, parents, and support staff
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional expertise to student support teams
