School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Winder, Georgia

As a vital member of the educational community, you will provide assessment, intervention, and consultative services, and collaborate closely with teachers and families to help each child reach their full potential.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid Georgia Speech-Language Pathologist license and/or required educator certification
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred (Clinical Fellows also encouraged to apply)
• Previous experience in a school setting strongly valued; candidates with relevant pediatric experience are also considered
• Strong skills in collaboration, communication, and organization

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments and evaluations for students with communication challenges
• Develop individualized treatment plans and IEP goals tailored to students’ needs
• Deliver both direct and consultative speech-language therapy in an elementary school environment
• Maintain thorough, accurate documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
• Engage actively in multidisciplinary team meetings and IEP discussions
• Partner with educators, families, and fellow specialists to support holistic student success
• Monitor ongoing progress and adapt intervention strategies as necessary to maximize outcomes
