Qualifications & Experience:

• Must hold active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) credentials
• Previous experience providing OT services in a school setting is highly preferred
• Knowledge of specialized equipment, interventions, and IEP processes in educational environments
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff
• Capable of working independently while demonstrating flexibility in a dynamic school environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver effective, student-centered occupational therapy services aligned with individual education plans (IEPs)
• Implement interventions tailored to students with diverse needs, enhancing their fine motor, sensory, and functional skills
• Conduct assessments, document progress, and participate actively in IEP meetings and student evaluations
• Collaborate with education teams to support generalization of skills across classroom and school routines
• Educate staff and families on strategies to foster student participation and independence
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations and school policies
