Qualifications & Experience:

• Active LPC license valid in Texas.
• School counseling experience preferred, particularly with elementary and middle school students.
• Capability to manage a dynamic caseload across multiple campuses (approximately five).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential matters with integrity and professionalism.
• Collaborative mindset for working with faculty, families, and students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct counseling and support to students (caseload of around 30, across elementary and middle grades).
• Assist in social-emotional learning, crisis intervention, and development of individualized student support plans.
• Work with faculty and administration across up to five school campuses to ensure cohesive support for students’ academic and social needs.
• Maintain detailed documentation for all counseling sessions and progress monitoring.
• Collaborate with families and outside service providers as needed.
• Support district-wide initiatives focused on student wellness and mental health.
