You’ll deliver on-site speech and language services to approximately 45 preschool-aged students, collaborating with educators and families to provide tailored interventions and track progress. Desired background and qualifications:
- Current Speech-Language Pathologist license (SLP-CCC) required
- Prior experience working in a school setting, ideally with preschool populations
- Strong understanding of school-based assessments, IEP development, and therapeutic techniques
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Dedication to working on-site with students and multidisciplinary teams
Role responsibilities:
- Provide individualized and group speech/language therapy services
- Conduct assessments and create treatment plans in line with each student’s needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals in partnership with staff and families
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and timely progress notes
- Serve as a supportive resource to staff and families regarding speech, language, and communication development
