School Speech Language Pathologist - Gig Harbor, WA

In this school-based position, you’ll play an integral role delivering speech-language pathology services while collaborating with a team of dedicated educators and support staff. Qualifications & Experience:

• Current Speech-Language Pathology license from the WA State Dept of Health
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification per WA standards (WAC 392-172A-02090)
• Valid Washington State driver's license or verified mobility
• Successful completion of fingerprints, WSP/FBI background, and sexual misconduct clearances
• Previous school-based SLP experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities in this role include:

• Providing direct and consultative speech-language pathology services to K-12 students
• Conducting assessments and evaluations aligned with student needs
• Developing IEPs and collaborating on progress monitoring and case management
• Maintaining thorough and timely documentation
• Actively participating in IEP meetings, multi-disciplinary team collaboration, and professional development
• Supporting students on in-person school days, working 37.5 hours per week in alignment with the school site schedule
