Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid certification as a School Psychologist
- Experience conducting psychological and educational evaluations in an elementary school setting (K-2 preferred)
- Strong understanding of evaluation tools for early childhood development
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload and adapt to various school environments
- Collaborative approach to working with school teams, families, and external stakeholders
Role Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive psychological and educational assessments for K-2 students, with a focus exclusively on evaluations (no counseling required)
- Prepare clear, thorough reports that communicate findings to teachers, parents, and administrative staff
- Coordinate and conduct evaluations for a small number of students at local parochial schools
- Participate in eligibility meetings and share insights to support student learning plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school policies and state regulations
