Qualifications:
- Active Pennsylvania state clearances are required
- Valid PA School Psychologist certification
- Previous experience supporting students with a range of special needs
- Strong proficiency in conducting assessments, developing and managing IEPs, and completing evaluations
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills with educators, families, and students
- Commitment to maintaining adherence to confidentiality and ethical practices within the school environment
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct psychological services to students across various special needs populations
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify student strengths and needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Regularly consult with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student learning and emotional wellbeing
- Deliver crisis intervention and help address behavioral or academic concerns as they arise
- Maintain thorough, accurate documentation in compliance with all district and state regulations
