Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the team chair for elementary school psychological services
• Lead and facilitate team meetings to ensure collaborative problem-solving and comprehensive student support
• Manage an elementary caseload, providing assessment, intervention, and counseling services
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and administrators to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Maintain clear and thorough documentation of all interventions and recommendations
• Work fully onsite, fostering face-to-face relationships with students and staff
• Ensure compliance with both state and federal educational guidelines

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active certification as a school psychologist
• Experience working with elementary-aged students strongly preferred
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with colleagues and families
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities
• Experience running or facilitating team meetings or IEP teams
