Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Valid licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Previous school-based SLP or pediatric experience preferred
• Ability to manage a caseload of 45–60 students
• Strong collaboration and communication abilities
• Passion for fostering student growth in educational settings

Primary Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat students with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each student
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student success
• Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings
• Provide support and education to staff and parents regarding language development
