This full-time role runs from July 27th through June 1st, 2027, with a consistent 7.5-hour workday. Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s or Specialist’s degree in School Psychology
- Current certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
- Previous experience in school-based psychological assessments and interventions
- Skilled in conducting initial evaluations and re-evaluations (10-20 annually)
- Strong understanding of special education eligibility criteria and IEP processes
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Complete comprehensive psychoeducational assessments, both initial and re-evals, and clearly communicate findings to school teams and families
- Engage in multi-disciplinary problem-solving to support students’ behavioral, academic, and emotional needs
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop tailored interventions
- Maintain accurate documentation and timely reporting related to evaluations
- Adjust caseload support and service delivery according to fluctuating student populations
- Participate in intervention planning and implementation within a collaborative school team environment
