Key Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapist (PT) licensure in Connecticut.
• Experience supporting students in school-based settings.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy services to students as outlined in their individualized education programs (IEPs).
• Conduct ongoing assessments to track student progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Maintain clear and timely documentation of sessions, progress notes, and communication logs.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide consultative support to teachers and classroom staff regarding mobility, accessibility, and physical development within the school setting.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations for school-based PT services.
