Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Current license to practice Occupational Therapy in the state
• Previous experience in a school-based OT role preferred
• Strong understanding of IEPs and school documentation processes
• Ability to assess students' needs and design individualized intervention plans
• Excellent communication skills with students, staff, and families
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy evaluations and evidence-based interventions for students
• Develop, implement, and monitor effective treatment plans tailored to students' educational needs
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to recommend appropriate accommodations and modifications
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Support students’ engagement in classroom tasks, self-care, social interaction, and motor skill development
