An opportunity is available for a skilled School Psychologist to provide essential psychological services within a school setting in Medina, OH. This contract position allows you to apply your expertise in supporting students mental health and educational success in a dynamic educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to identify student needs and develop appropriate intervention plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student learning and emotional well-being.
• Provide counseling and crisis intervention services to students as needed.
• Assist in developing individualized education programs (IEPs) and behavior plans.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district policies and confidentiality standards.

Desired Qualifications:

• Masters or Doctorate degree in School Psychology or related field.
• State certification or licensure as a School Psychologist.
• Experience conducting psychological assessments, interpreting results, and creating reports.
• Strong understanding of educational laws, special education, and intervention strategies.
