Qualifications And Desired Experience
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) nursing
- ONS Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Provider card
- Experience with chemotherapy administration is essential
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
- Deliver exceptional nursing care to patients undergoing stem cell transplants and CAR-T therapy
- Administer chemotherapy and biotherapy treatments in accordance with protocols
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes promptly
- Collaborate with physicians, researchers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Participate in ongoing clinical research and protocol implementation
- Rotations include day and night shifts every 2 weeks
