Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

What we’re seeking:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state
• Experience providing OT services in educational settings (elementary preferred)
• Strong understanding of IEPs, goal writing, and progress monitoring
• Superior communication skills to collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff
• Ability to adapt strategies to support diverse student needs
• Positive, solution-oriented mindset, with flexibility to travel between two close campuses

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver direct occupational therapy to students as outlined in IEPs
• Conduct assessments to identify individual needs and document findings
• Develop and implement targeted intervention plans
• Collaborate with educators, specialists, and families to support student growth
• Maintain accurate records of sessions, progress, and communications
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide insights to guide student goals
• Support school initiatives to promote inclusion and student access
