What we’re seeking:
- Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state
- Experience providing OT services in educational settings (elementary preferred)
- Strong understanding of IEPs, goal writing, and progress monitoring
- Superior communication skills to collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff
- Ability to adapt strategies to support diverse student needs
- Positive, solution-oriented mindset, with flexibility to travel between two close campuses
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver direct occupational therapy to students as outlined in IEPs
- Conduct assessments to identify individual needs and document findings
- Develop and implement targeted intervention plans
- Collaborate with educators, specialists, and families to support student growth
- Maintain accurate records of sessions, progress, and communications
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide insights to guide student goals
- Support school initiatives to promote inclusion and student access
