Key Responsibilities
- Deliver occupational therapy services aligned with Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals for PreKElementary students
- Conduct assessments targeting fine motor, sensory, visual-motor, and functional abilities
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on student needs
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and school staff to optimize student outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and monitor progress regularly
- Maintain detailed documentation adhering to school policies and compliance standards
- Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active or eligible for Washington State OT licensure
- Experience with early childhood or elementary populations is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
