Four full-time opportunities are available for contract OTs, each working 7.5 hours daily in-person, supporting a diverse range of grade levels—assignments will be matched based on your expertise and the needs of students. Required Qualifications:
- Valid Washington State ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certificate
- Active WA Occupational Therapy license
- Must be fingerprinted through OSPI prior to start
- Experience or strong interest in working within school environments and supporting student growth
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Documentation of licensure must be submitted with your application
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to students in assigned grade bands, providing assessments, interventions, and progress monitoring
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school professionals to develop and implement IEP goals
- Maintain accurate records and evaluate therapy outcomes, adjusting approaches to meet evolving student needs
